Abstrakt česky: V práci je popsána syntéza nových benzo[c]fenanthridinových dihydroxy metabolitů sanguinarinu a jeho N-demethylovaného analogu. Tyto sloučeniny mají sloužit jako analytické standardy pro identifikaci a stanovení zmíněných metabolitů v přírodních materiálech. Syntéza je založena na radikálové cyklizaci chráněných prekurzorů EOM protektivních skupinou, která se velice osvědčila v syntézních procesech.
Abstrakt anglicky: In this work we described the synthesis of the sanguinarine dihydroxy metabolite 2 and its N-demethylated analogue 1. This synthesis is applicable for preparation of a sufficient amount of these compounds to serve as analytical standards, which can be used for determination or identification of benzo[c]phenanthridine oxidative metabolites in natural sources. Furthermore, the dihydroxy derivatives 1 and 2 can be subjected to evaluate their biological activity, which has never been described. According to our best knowledge, the compound 2 has been described in several papers only as a product isolated from natural sources. Derivative 1 has never been described. Both are presumed as oxidative metabolites in the biosynthesis of the benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloids.
