Abstrakt česky: V tomto článku byly studovány fluorescenční vlastnosti 2-substit. fenyl-3-hydroxyquinolin-4(1H)-on-karboxamidů s karboxyalkylamidovou skupinou v poloze 6, 7 a 8. Tyto sloučeniny byly zkoumány z pohledu využití látek jako molekulárních fluorescenčních značek. Byl zkoumán vliv prostředí na fluorescenci těchto sloučenin (pH, rozpouštědla).
Abstrakt anglicky: The fluorescence properties of 2-substituted phenyl-3-hydroxyquinolin-4(1H)-one-carboxamides (3HQCs) with carboxylic alkylamide group at position 6, 7 or 8 (3HQ6Cs, 3HQ7Cs and 3HQ8Cs hereinafter) have been studied to evaluate their potential as molecular probes. It was found that the investigated aryl substitutions at the position 2 of 3HQCs affected the shape of emission spectra marginally whereas the influence of the quantum yield was significant. The effect of the carboxamide group position on fluorescence spectra was also studied. It was observed that the position the carboxamide influences the quantum yield as well as the emission spectrum properties. The 3HQ8Cs exhibited only single-band spectra with the maximum at lower wavelengths and the spectra of 3HQ6Cs and 3HQ7Cs exhibited double-band spectra with the intensive maximum at higher wavelengths. The quantum yield declined in the order 3HQ7C, 3HQ6C and 3HQ8C, respectively. Reactions of selected compound 14 in acidic and basic environment were studied to investigate the pH sensitivity. The effect of various solvents on fluorescence properties was also evaluated.
