Abstrakt anglicky: Polymer-supported amino ketones were prepared from resin-bond diamines/amino alcohols/-amino acids, and bromoketones/bromoacetates. Amino ketones were converted into several heterocyclic compounds. Different sizes of heterocycles (5-, 6-, and 7-membered rings) were synthesized including 1H-imidazoles [1], 2H-indazoles [2], pyrazin-2-ones, dihydro-triazepin-6-ones, isoquinolin-1-ones, morpholin-3-ones, and dihydro-pyrrol-2-ones. Choosing of efficient building blocks enabled to close a fused ring systems, namely 3,4-dihydropyrazino[1,2-b]indazoles [3], 3,5,8,9-tetrahydro-2H-imidazo[2,1-d][1,2,5]triazepines, and pyrazino[1,2-b]isoquinolinones.Commercially available building blocks, mild reaction conditions and high purity of crude products enabled syntheses of combinatorial arrays of some of these heterocycles.
