Abstrakt česky: Following some previous communications1-2 we foccused our attention to the synthesis of some compounds containing 6-azauracil, pyrazol and quinoxaline cycle. We also concentrated on theoretical consideration about their possible conformation. By diazotization of aminoderivatives 4a-4c and by azo coupling of formed diazonium salts 5a-5c with ethyl cyanoacetylcarbamate and malonodinitrile, corresponding hydrazones 9a-9c, 10a-10c were prepared. By diazotization of aminoderivative 4d the diazohydroxid 8d was prepared. By azo coupling of diazoteta 8d with ethyl cyanoacetylcarbamate and malonodinitrile, corresponding hydrazones 9d, 10d were prepared. Cyclization of hydrazones 10a-10d afforded compounds 11a-11d containing 6-azauracile and also 1,2-dihydro-quinoxaline-2-one rings in their molecules. Hydrazones 9a-9d were cyclized with hydrazine to pyrazoles 12a-12d. At all derivatives 4 and 7, the cytotoxic activity was found.
