Theory of some NMR experiments used to solve a structure of organic compounds and monitoring of some intra or intermolecular actions. Application, scope and accuracy of measurements.

Content:

  • Basic principles of NMR
  • Principles of 2D experiments (homonuclear and heteronuclear)
  • Overhauser spectroscopy, spin-lock experiments – 3D NMR (TOCSY, ROESY, HOESY
  • Heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy (N15, O17, Si29, B11)
  • Solid-state NMR spectroscopy
